Every member of green wave nation is hailing this press conference as a home run, but it was more than that. It was the dawn of the new era at Tulane. The commitment to athletics has never been more clear between Sumrall and Harris. Tulane is doubling down on its recent football success and going all in on the program. Many people said “same old Tulane” after Fritz walked out the door. John Sumrall stood in front of you today and defiantly said this is not your daddy’s Tulane football program. Expect greatness.
