I’ll be honest, I was the most confident person in New Orleans Saturday that Mike would play. He went back into the USA game in garbage time for seemingly no reason. That screams to me, cramp. He’s fine. Hand up, I was wrong. Timeline below

September 2nd

Willie reiterated post game, Pratt just wanted to see if anyone noticed. Making a mockery of the whole thing

September 5th:

We had a press conference. Willie was confident that he was good to go and said available.

September 9th (Gameday)

We get the main account tweeting this 👀 emoji and then the captains image including Pratt. Why on earth are either of these things done if he is not playing. They did NOT tweet out captains before week 1. The gamesmanship angle only makes sense if Kai were operating with a different skill set. He is a very similar qb to pratt, the cloak and dagger act gets you nothing.

September 12th

It gets even more confusing when Guerry Smith claims he didn’t practice all week. Others refuted and said that he did. No clarity on which is true.

Fast toward to today and Willie is still saying he might play against Southern Miss. If he didn’t play last week, he definitely isn’t playing this week. Why are we lying about what’s clearly an MCL tear. Who is it for?

So I ask again, What the hell is going on with Mike Pratt?
